The ‘Bugaboos’ conjure up images of heli-skiing and hiking and rugged back country climbing. They are a range of mountains within the Purcell Mountains in southeast British Columbia. The Bugaboos are a spectacular mixture of ice and granite. Their numerous mountain spires and glacier terrain provide a wealth of awe inspiring views and have attracted visitors from around the world.

When people think of Saskatchewan, they normally think of it as flat expanses with lots of snow. Winterlude is an integral part of winter in Ottawa. In January and February when Canadians elsewhere are dreaming of warmer winter temperatures - even just a little, people in Ottawa are wishing for it to be just cold enough for good Winterlude ice conditions on the Rideau Canal. Topography of Whistler
Whistler, British Columbia is located 125 kilometers north of Vancouver, joint hosts of the 2010 Winter Olympics.
